Pauline Vauthier

Pauline Vauthier is a Bordeaux winemaker and the technical director of the Vauthier family vineyards, which include Château Ausone, Château La Clotte, Château Moulin-Saint-Georges, and Château de Fonbel. The Vauthier family site says she returned to the family fold in 2006 after studying viticulture and oenology and working in South Africa, and that she now puts her signature on the wines across the family estates. She has also been described as working at Château Ausone since 2005 and as a qualified oenologist involved in winemaking at the family properties.
