Wassim Orfali is a Syrian-born pastry chef and co-founder of Three Bros in Dubai’s Wasl 51 district. He is one of the Orfali brothers behind Orfali Bros Bistro and its related concepts, where he is identified with the dessert and pastry program; the brothers’ work has received Michelin Bib Gourmand recognition and multiple regional accolades.
