Eddie Huang is an American author, chef, restaurateur, food personality, producer, and former attorney. He founded Baohaus in New York City, and by 2026 he was reported as executive chef of The Flower Shop on Manhattan’s Lower East Side, while also reopening Baohaus in the East Village.
